Shipping & Processing
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1 business day
- Orders placed before 8:00 AM PST may ship the same day
- Orders placed after 8:00 AM PST ship the next business day
- Processing excludes weekends and holidays
Shipping Time (U.S.):
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
- All orders include tracking information
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by replying to your order confirmation email.
- Requests must be made before your order ships
- We cannot guarantee changes once processing begins

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on current carrier rates.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be included
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- Item has been worn during practice, training, or competition
- There is odor (sweat, detergent, smoke, etc.)
- Item shows signs of stretching, damage, or alteration
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping for size or preference-related returns
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments

Refunds
- Returns are inspected within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are issued within 1–3 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Banks and payment providers may take additional time to process refunds.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size changes or defective items, based on inventory availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue quickly and cover any shipping costs.
Third-Party Purchases
Items purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible for returns or exchanges through Supreme Singlets.
