Refund & Return Policy

At Supreme Singlets, we stand behind our gear and want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • Item has been worn during practice, training, or competition
  • There is odor (sweat, detergent, smoke, etc.)
  • Item shows signs of stretching, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

  • Clearance items (final sale)
  • Surprise Singlets (final sale)
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after approval
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Delayed Refunds:

  • Contact your credit card provider

Return Shipping

  • Customer errors (wrong size, preference): customer pays return shipping
  • Our error (wrong item or defect): we provide a prepaid return label
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size or product changes, depending on inventory.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • If item is unavailable, store credit may be issued

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift: store credit will be issued
  • If not marked as a gift: refund goes to original purchaser
