Return & Exchange Policy

At Supreme Singlets, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below before requesting a return or exchange.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • Item shows signs of wear, stretching, or use
  • There is odor (including sweat, detergent, or smoke)
  • Item has damage such as fraying, stains, or alterations

Supreme Singlets reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

  • Custom team gear
  • Clearance items
  • Surprise Singlets
  • Elite Packs

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size or product changes, subject to inventory availability.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit may be issued

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after approval

Please note: Financial institutions may take additional time to post the refund.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

  1. Ensure your item meets the return eligibility requirements
  2. Include your order number and exchange details (if applicable)

Processing Time

  • Returns are inspected within 2 business days of delivery
  • Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Exchanges are shipped after processing is complete

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
