Welcome to Supreme Singlets. By accessing our website (www.supremesinglets.com) or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Custom Gear Policy
All custom team gear is made specifically to your provided specifications. By placing a custom order, you agree to the following:
- All custom orders are final: Custom items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started.
- Customer responsibility: You are responsible for verifying all sizes, colors, logos, and design details before approval.
- Design approval: Once a design is approved, no changes can be made.
- Color variations: Final product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, and production processes.
Supreme Singlets is not responsible for errors in custom orders resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Orders and Pricing
- Order acceptance: We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Pricing errors: If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you before processing your order.
- Promotions: Discounts and sales apply only during the advertised promotional period.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped via USPS or other carriers at our discretion. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Turnaround Times:
- Custom Orders: 4–6 weeks after payment and final approval
- In-Stock Items: 2–5 business days
- Out-of-Stock Items: 2–4 weeks (subject to availability)
Risk of Loss:
Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Supreme Singlets is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage during transit.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Customer error (wrong size ordered): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Company error (wrong item sent): We will cover return shipping
Final Sale Items:
- Clearance items
- Surprise Singlets
- Custom gear
These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Warranty
- Coverage: Manufacturing defects only
- Duration: 30 days from delivery
- Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care

Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of Supreme Singlets and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Prohibited Uses

Limitation of Liability
Supreme Singlets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
