Welcome to Supreme Singlets! By accessing or using our website (www.supremesinglets.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.


Custom Gear Disclaimer

Custom orders are created based on the specifications you provide. By placing a custom order, you agree to the following:

  1. Non-Refundable: Custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  2. Specifications: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all details provided (e.g., size, colors, logos, and design elements).
  3. Color Variations: Colors on custom gear may vary slightly due to differences in materials, production processes, and screen displays.
  4. Approval Process: You will have the opportunity to review and approve designs before production. Once approved, changes cannot be made.

Supreme Singlets is not liable for errors in custom orders resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.


Orders and Pricing

  1. Order Confirmation: We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at our discretion. You will be notified if your order cannot be processed.
  2. Pricing Errors: If there is an error in pricing, we will notify you before fulfilling your order. You may cancel the order or proceed with the corrected price.
  3. Sales and Promotions: Prices during promotions or sales apply only to orders placed within the promotional period.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

  1. Shipping Methods:

    • Custom team orders and online purchases are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
  2. Shipping Rates:

    • Custom Team Orders: Shipping costs are calculated as 3.9% of the order total and added to the final invoice.
    • Online Orders: Online purchases are shipped using USPS Flat Rate Padded Envelopes. Shipping costs depend on current USPS flat rates at the time of purchase.
  3. Turnaround Times:

    • Custom Team Orders: Orders are processed and shipped within 4-6 weeks after the invoice is paid.
    • Online Website Purchases:
      • In-stock items: Shipped within 2-5 business days after the order is placed.
      • Out-of-stock items: May take 2-4 weeks to ship. Customers will be notified of any delays.
  4. Risk of Loss: Once your order is shipped, Supreme Singlets is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit. Please use the tracking information provided to monitor your shipment.

  5. Delivery Timelines: While USPS Priority Mail generally ensures fast delivery, exact timelines depend on the carrier and destination.


Refunds and Returns

Our refund and return policy allows returns within 14 days of delivery. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy for detailed information.

Clearance Items and Surprise Singlets:

  • All sales are final for clearance items and Surprise Singlets. These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Warranty

  1. Limited Warranty: We warrant that our products will be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days after delivery.
  2. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  3. Claim Process: To file a warranty claim, contact us at supremesinglets@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the defect.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Resell our products without permission.
  • Use our products or website for unlawful purposes.
  • Misrepresent your identity or payment information.

Governing Law and Disputes

  1. Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
  2. Dispute Resolution: All disputes must be resolved through arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
