We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review the following policy:

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, with tags still attached in original packaging.

  • Items returned with visible wear or damage, including frayed stitching, odor, or stretching, will not be accepted.

  • Elite Packs, Clearance items and Surprise Singlets are final sale and not eligible for a refund, return or exchange.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Make sure your item meets the eligibility criteria.

  2. Include your order number and clear exchange details (e.g., new size or style).

Processing Time

Upon receipt of a returned item, the return will be inspected within two (2) business days. If approved, the return will be processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

For approved exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped after processing is completed, and tracking information will be sent via email once the item has shipped.

For approved refunds, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment within one (1) to three (3) business days following approval. Processing times by financial institutions may vary.
