Overview
Our return and refund policy allows for returns within 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn garments or accessories
- Gift cards
- Clearance items (all sales are final)
- Surprise Singlets (all sales are final)
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds:
Refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If your refund has not been received within 10 business days, please:
- Check with your bank.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at supremesinglets@gmail.com.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-initiated returns: If the return is due to preference or error (e.g., incorrect size ordered), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Company errors: If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item), we will provide a prepaid return label.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at supremesinglets@gmail.com and include details about the issue.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item. If the gift giver didn’t mark it as a gift, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.
